What is therapy with you like?
To me, the relationship between therapist and client is the most important part of therapy! While I draw from elements of CBT, DBT, and attachment-based approaches to inform my work, my focus is always on understanding you—your story, your needs, and what helps you feel supported. I know therapy can be challenging at times, but it should also feel safe, collaborative, and grounded in honesty and trust.

A little more about me…
